Booking Policy

We've created policies to make your experience with us as seamless as possible.

When booking appointments, a 30% deposit is required to secure your spot. The rest is due at your appointment. We accept PayPal and credit card through our booking platform.

Timeliness is essential to us and assures that every client can receive maximum service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you must reschedule. If you'll be late, please give us a call or send an email before your date.

All appointments will receive an email confirmation notice.

No shows will be charged the full amount of services before the next appointment.


Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your appointment? Please give us notice via phone call, text, or email 12-hours in advance. You can also cancel your appointment through the confirmation notice received via email. Need to re-book and already paid a deposit? Avoid paying another deposit by calling us directly to re-book.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
